From 2021 forwards two online meetings have been scheduled each year for delegates to freely discuss matters of general interest and concern. The underlying intention is that these exchanges can examine and where necessary direct attention to key items away from the formal constraints of the annual Plenary Conference environment, thereby facilitating regular informal opportunities for delegates and alternates to present and debate items of interest in preparation for the annual Plenary itself.

In accordance with wishes expressed at the first such discussion in 2022, informal records of these sessions are now prepared and published as shown below.
